Week of March 8, 2010 - March 14, 2010

Here is a summary of this week's group training activities:

Monday (03/08) - Group swim at the Adamsville Natatorium. This swim will START at 6:30 pm.  You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the swim.

Tuesday (03/09) - Group run at the New Balance Store in Buckhead. This run will START at 6:30 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.  REFLECTIVE VESTS ARE MANDATORY!

Wednesday (03/10) - Spin Classes (6:00-7:00 and 7:15-8:15) at Adamsville Natatorium. Members who reserve a bike on the ATC discussion forum (under Wednesday Night Spin Sessions) will be guaranteed a spot in the class. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the class. Bring a towel and two water bottles.

Saturday (03/13) - Group run at Piedmont Park (inside Park near corner of 10th Street and Charles Allen Drive).  All pace groups will START at 8:00 am. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

If you are a non-member and want to train with us, you are welocme to join any of our weekly training session.  Either send an e-mail to AtlantaTriClub@yahoo.com or just show up and introduce yourself to the head coach for that session.  You will be asked to sign a liability and medical waiver.
