Week of August 30, 2010 - September 5, 2010

Monday (08/30) - Group swim at the Washington Park Natatorium. The group swim (all levels) will START at 6:30 pm.  You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the swim.

Tuesday (08/31) - Group run at the New Balance Store in Buckhead. This run will START at 6:30 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

Wednesday (09/01) - Spin Classes (6:00-7:00 and 7:15-8:15) at Adamsville Natatorium. Members who reserve a bike on the discussion forum (under Wednesday Night Spin Sessions) will be guaranteed a spot in the class. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the class. Bring a towel and two water bottles.

Thursday (09/02) - Group track workout at Anderson Park.  This workout will START at 6:15 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

Saturday (09/04) - Group bike ride at MACC One Love Century Ride (http://www.active.com/cycling/college-park-ga/macc-one-love-century-2010).  ATC will meet near the registration area at 7:45 am (ready to ride). You will want to arrive 30-40 minutes early to get ready for the ride.

Sunday (09/05) - Group run at Piedmont Park (inside Park near corner of 10th Street and Charles Allen Drive).  All pace groups will START at 8:00 am.  You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the run.

Sunday (09/05) - Group open water swim (OWS) at Mary Alice Park (Lake Lanier).  The OWS will START at 1:00 pm. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get ready for the swim.

If you are a non-member and want to train with us, you are welocme to join any of our weekly training session.  Either send an e-mail to AtlantaTriClub@yahoo.com or just show up and introduce yourself to the head coach for that session.  You will be asked to sign a liability and medical waiver.
